Sports and Remedia Massage
Roxanne Armstrong has been working as a Sports & Remedial massage therapist for over 15 years. She has a background in Costume Making. It was her fascination with the human body and its function that lead her down the path of massage therapy and her eventual career change. Her specialist interest is in Fascia and the role it plays in soft tissue dysfunction and pain.
Over the years she’s worked with West End actors, dancers, singers, rugby players (professional and amateur), footballers, distance runners and other athletes. She recently worked with a team of 100m sprinters – two went to the Rio & Japan Olympics.
Roxanne’s a member of the Institute of Sports Massage Association (SMA).
